A confirmation is always sent to your email address after a purchase on our website. The confirmation email includes information about your journey, any tickets/Interrail Passes, a receipt, and an FAQ.
You will also receive an order number (ABC-1234-DEFG) for your order and a booking number (ABC1234D) if you have ordered tickets.
You can provide the booking number if you need to contact the train operator directly for any reason.
