Depending on the type of ticket you have ordered, there are different delivery methods.
E-tickets:
An e-ticket is a digital ticket delivered as a PDF file to your email address. You can display your digital ticket directly from your mobile phone.
Your e-ticket is usually sent out immediately after the purchase is completed. If the ticket is sent later, it will be delivered at least 24 hours before your first departure.
Paper Tickets:
A paper ticket must be printed on secure paper and sent to you. A shipping cost will be added, and you will not be able to print the ticket yourself.
Within Sweden, we send registered mail (REK) via PostNord to your nearest delivery point, and you will receive a tracking number for your order. Delivery time for registered mail (REK) is:
- Standard: 2-5 working days.
- Express: 1-3 working days.
If you live outside Sweden, your order will be sent via DHL. Delivery times for DHL vary depending on the country and region. Generally, the delivery time is 3-7 working days.
We can only send paper tickets to a fixed address. Therefore, we cannot send paper tickets if you are already traveling.
To ensure you receive your tickets in time, they must be booked at least two weeks before departure.
