You have a specific number of days you can use to travel with your Interrail Pass (e.g., 7 days within 1 month). You can use them whenever you want within the validity period of your pass (e.g., 7 days within 1 month). You can view an overview of all your travel days and how many you have left in the Rail Planner app under "My Trip" and "My Pass."
A travel day is from 00:00 to 23:59 (a calendar day). All trains departing on the same date count as the same travel day. If a train is delayed, the date of the original departure time applies.
If your plans change, you can cancel a travel day until midnight the day before (23:59). If you remove all routes from a travel day, the app will remind you to cancel the travel day to avoid wasting it. Remember that some European countries are in different time zones than Sweden, so there may be a time difference in the start and end of the day compared to your local time.
