If you encounter any issues with your travel days, you must contact the owner of the Rail Planner app, Eurail, through their website at interrail.eu.
Unfortunately, as a retailer, we do not have the authority to correct anything related to the app.
A travel day was deducted even though I didn’t travel that day. What can I do?
