To get a refund for your paper tickets, the original tickets must be returned to us. More expensive tickets should be sent back with trackable mail to ensure they are not lost during transport, as the ticket's value is tied to its physical form. If the tickets are not returned, a refund cannot be processed. Please note that we cannot take responsibility for tickets that are lost during shipping.
