The app does not update in real-time, which may result in some train departures being incorrect or not displayed in the app. Double-check if the timetable has been updated and that you have the latest version of the app.
If you do not find the correct connection when searching for a longer route, try searching train by train.
If you still can't find the train you want to travel on, you can add the route manually. Search for the route you wish to travel, scroll down to the bottom of the page, and then click "Add it manually."
