If your mobile phone, which has your Interrail Pass, is unfortunately stolen or broken, you can move your Interrail Pass to another mobile phone. Note that you can only do this once.
To do this:
- Open the app on the mobile phone you want to move the pass to.
- Tap "My Pass" and add your pass. Instructions are above.
- Tap "Move Pass" and follow the instructions in the app.
Remember that you cannot travel if you do not have a mobile phone because you cannot display your ticket. You may be fined or asked to leave the train.
Additional questions regarding this must be directed to the app owner, Eurail, via their website interrail.eu. Unfortunately, as a reseller, we do not have the authority to correct anything related to the app.
