You can deactivate your Interrail Pass anytime until 11:59 PM the day before your first travel day. To cancel or change the start date of your pass, you must deactivate it if you have already activated your travel days in the app.
To do this:
- Open the Rail Planner app, tap "My Pass," and select the pass you wish to deactivate.
- Tap the three dots in the corner.
- Choose “Deactivate pass” and “Confirm.”
You cannot change the start date if the travel day has already started or if the date has already passed.
Remember that some European countries are in different time zones than Sweden. This means there may be a time difference in the start and end of the day compared to your local time.
If a travel day has been used even though you have not traveled, you must contact the owner of the Rail Planner app, Eurail, via their website interrail.eu. Unfortunately, as a reseller, we do not have the authority to correct this.
